WHICH ONE TO CHOOSE

We have tried to create our Black & Orange Fitness schedule on the widest possible scale, so everyone can find the most suitable class for him/her. We have 8 different kind of class types, all described below. To give a little help we arranged them according to 4 specifications. Only ElfSport is not on the diagram as the children bodies are completely different. The 4 specifications are the following:

1.Simple training, the focused excercises are concentrated to a muscle or a muscle group
2.Complex training, the carried out movement results parallel workout of more muscles or a muscle group
3.Fat burning effect, changing dynamically, calorie burning with dynamic movement
4.Strengthening effect, concentrated development of muscles and muscle groups

Of course, the class types are not exclusively just like this or that, we only listed the most dominant parameters.

THE TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

Would you like to strengthten your body from part to part? You are not a dancer type? Do you prefer the efficient and easy to follow type of training? If your answer to all theses questions is yes, then this class is made for You! There isn't choreography, full body workout, diverse equipment use e.g. jump rope, soft ball, step bench and weights. The excercises are simple, easy to follow, and due to the high repetition and the usage of our own bodyweight or small had weights it is toning and shaping. Keep your shape up!

PLAYFUL MOVEMENT

Would you like to teach your child that movement and sport is a part of a healthy life? Can't you decide which sport is the most suitable for him/her? Would you be happy to know your child does sport playfully together with other similar aged kids? Our ElfSport classes were formed according to these principles. We know that move is joy for kids , therefore we built it into personal games. Games develope condition, coordination, movement awareness and introduce rythm, usage of the space and the importance of human touch. After the well deserved workout there is an award so don’t miss it!

PREVENTION AND HEALING

Would you like to have a nice posture showing pride and power? In contrary you spend most of your time bending in front of the PC? Perhaps your back and your waist hurts? Do something about the pain or the bad posture and come to our spinal excercise class! In our class we primarily strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the spine and abs, which we use our own bodyweight, or a fit ball, soft ball, jump rope or hand weights. Result speaks for itself, the mobility and flexibility of your spine will increase, you’ll have nice erectness and pain will disappear.

Please trust me it is worth to believe and try then to make the part of our life. Hearing yoga means hatha yoga for most of us. Hatha means power or will, the aim of the person who practising yoga to gain power above his/her own body with the asanas and pranajamas. Hatha yoga is not only strengthens the body and improves health but brings alive those high level energy centers which are responsible for the development of the human mind. Through the physical excercises of the hatha yoga our mind became focused and we set off down the purification path of the body and mind. Join us!

CENTRALIZED ENERGY

How good would be to move gracefully and freely? Additionally find the balance inside and outside also? To direct our energy with conscious by thinking to the appropriate muscle group? To accomplish this the most appropriate type of movement is Pilates. Pilates is based on the thesis, that every movements origin from „powerhouse” of the body such as the area of tummy, lower back, hips and butt which encircles most the vital organs, includes the spine as the center of the body. The conscious movements from the core, along with the appropriate breathing technic are being done by our own body weight and using a fitt ball or soft ball. The excercises are built on and evolve each other with an almost flow forms a whole creating the gracefully controlled movement. Harmonize the energy within you!
