The Hotel Wellamarin****Superior gives high priority to certain dates and nights. As a consequence the our normal rates, payment conditions and cancellation policy is different from the usual. High priority holidays and other periods:

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, mid-high and high season from 15:00 According to our actual capacity early check-in is possible from 11:00 for a 2000 HUF/room/hour fee which is charged in every inchoated hour. Should the guest wish to occupy the room before 11:00 on the day of arrival, he/she will be charged for the previous night along with the early check-in fee. The early check-in fee includes the usage of the Black & Orange Spa Department also.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is till 10:00 on the day of departure. According to our hotel’s capacity we are able to provide late check out, namely late check-out till 18:00 The late check-out fee is 2000 HUF/Room/Hour until 15:00 which will be charged in every inchoated hours. Between 15:00 – 18:00 the fee is 12.000 HUF/room/3 hours and will be charged as a sum. Should the guest wish to use the room after 18:00, he/she will be charged for the fee of the following night. Late check-out fee includes the usage of the Black & Orange Spa Department.

We kindly inform our guests that the services of the Hotel are set in HUF. If you pay in Euro (by cash, bank- or credit card) the amount in HUF will be changed with – 4% of the official foreign currency daily exchange rate of the MNB (Hungarian National Bank). As a result of that our given prices in Euro are approximate, which could fluctuate according to the actual daily exchange rate.

FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CAR
A secure parking lot is available in the hotel’s inner yard. If you would like to use this opportunity please, upon arrival give your license plate number to the Reception who will input it into our system. On the day of arrival, parking places are available from check-in and on the day of departure it is available till check-out. The inside parking fee is 3.000 HUF/car/day, a covered place is 4.000 HUF/car/day (in main season inside parking fee is 4.000 HUF/car/night, covered place is 5.500 HUF/car/night, even our fees could be other at priority seasons). Parking spaces are available according to our capacity.
Parking spaces for electric vehicles with charging station are available only in limited number, so reservation in advance is required. The parking fee incl. charging fees is: 7.000 HUF/car/night, in main season: 10.000 HUF/car/night.

The Hotel Wellamarin****Superior respectively would like to ask the guests that on their organized sport and animated program the set dress code should be followed. Our description means the following:
| • | Beach – beach wear: Wearing a swimsuit, swimming trunks, or bikini/two-piece bathing suit/ is obligatory. | |
| • | Casual – informal: loose, sporty wear. Casual footwear, sandals, short, skirt or jeans with a closed neck T-shirt. | |
| • | Smart casual – elegant: elegant, sporty wear. Casual footwear or sandals, skirt, long pants or jeans with a closed neck shirt or blouse. | |
| • | Semi-formal - casual wear: It depends on the beginning time of the program: More elegant before 18:00 and more solemn after 6 p.m. It means suit for men, before 18:00 and dark suit, tie after this time, even this dress code means neat dress for women before 18:00 and cocktail dress after this time. | |
| • | Sport – sport wear: clothing allowing freedom of movement, e.g. sport pants, shirt and running shoes. |
