DINNER Perfect closure

Enjoy the trendy „slow food” movement, which allows to taste dishes of certain provinces using local produce, while preserving the wide range of culinary art of Hungary. COLOURFUL AND GREEN

Most probably there is not an other dish than the salad which could be so colourful and diverse. Therefore we tried to form our salad selection as diverse as possible. Fresh mixed salad, mediterranean olives, caper, special oils and dressings made by our chef, mayo based raw or steamed vegetable salads, Hungarian mixed pickles and the seasonal leavened cucumber available in our dinner.

In his daily menu he always offers white and red meats, Hungarian, international and vegetarian dishes. In the kitchen we have a small confectionery where our confectioner work hard to create tempting desserts which can be the remarkable finish of the Chef’s creations. AS EVERYONE COUNTS

Our kicthen staff makes all the effort to form the food selection according to the current gastronomic trends. Milk and egg permitted vegetarian and gluten-free meals are also available in the hotel. In case of lactose-sensitivity please notify us in advance to enable our chef to prepare the special dishes. Other special meals (e.g. paleolit, kosher, halal) or diets can also be prepared by our kitchen but we kindly ask our guests to inform us prior to arrival. Our foods may contain traces of additional allergens in addition to allergens labeled as ingredients (due to cross-contamination).
