Perhaps you don’t even think how easy and fast is to reach Zamárdi. It is only 112 kms from Budapest, less than an hour drive using the M7/E71 motorway, a 10 minute walk from the bus- and railway station of Zamárdi and with a merely 3 kms distance of the ferry in Szántód you may reach the entrance of our hotel. The Balaton may seem far as an event location at first time but for that very reason is an ideal place. The participants are able to focus fully to the aims and the event itself while getting closer to each other.

CARING HOST/HOSTESS
Every event is different, therfore we always appoint a host/hostess, who with the other colleagues make all effort that the event will run smoothly according to the prearrangements. In any question or problem, the organizer has nothing else to do, only ask the host/hostess of the event who will take care of the needs.

During the construction of the conference rooms we tried to use the most up-to-date technology which all serves the comfort of the events. All rooms are airconditioned, equipped with controllable lights, built-in ceiling speakers, wireless, cable or clip microphone, projector, screen, WiFi and a code based door operation.

Being environmentally-aware and sustainably developed was always very important for us that’s why we try to take into consideration protecting our environment in our everyday life. The hotel’s hot water system is provided by the solar collectors, only using energy saver or LED bulbs, placed separate waste bins in the rooms and throughout the hotel. We also try to avoid using non-biodegradable plastic packaging preferreing recyclable materials instead.
