SYMPHONY OF FLAVOURS

The hotel’s Scala Restaurant provides a’la carte dining both for our guests and visitors. Our Chef’s menu was inspired by the name of the restaurant, therefore on the stage of the set tables a „flavour-symphony” starts to ring chosen by our guests. The menu contains 5 themes, starters, soups, salads, main courses and desserts which can be selected and combined freely according to the mood of the guests. Storm of applause is guaranteed!
